Legal document
Terms of Use
Effective from 1 July 2026.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the East Serbia Tourist Card website and the digital tourist cards, packages, and related services offered through it (the "Service"). By browsing the Service, placing an order, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The East Serbia Tourist Card is a digital card that gives access to a selection of attractions, activities, and services across East Serbia, grouped into purchasable packages. Each package lists the services it includes, its validity period, and its price. Package content, prices, and availability may change before an order is placed.
3. Eligibility and Guest Checkout
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. No account is required to make a purchase; orders are placed as a guest checkout using the buyer information provided at checkout. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable value-added tax. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed by our payment provider; unsuccessful payments do not create an order or issue any card. Where required by law, a fiscal receipt is issued for each completed purchase.
5. Card Delivery
On successful payment, one digital card is issued for each person included in your order, each with its own unique QR code. All issued cards, together with the applicable fiscal receipt, are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping your cards and their QR codes secure.
6. Use of the Card
Each card is personal to the traveller it was issued for and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes. A card is valid only for the period and services shown on it and may be presented, together with its QR code, at the entrance of an included location for verification. Access at a specific location remains subject to that location's own operating hours and conditions.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Any request to cancel, amend, or receive a refund for an order is handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and the specific conditions of the purchased package. To make such a request, please contact us through the channels listed in the Contact section below; we will confirm the outcome in writing.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to circumvent security measures, reproducing or falsifying a card or QR code, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and other content made available through the Service, other than content belonging to individual partners, remain the property of the East Serbia Tourist Card platform or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, temporary unavailability of the platform, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as changes made by a partner location. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Partner Services
Attractions, activities, and other services included in a package are provided by independent partner organizations. We facilitate access to these services but are not responsible for how a partner delivers its own service, and any issue arising at a specific location should also be raised with that location directly.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. The version in force at the time you complete your checkout is the version that applies to your order. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved before the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact form or the contact details published on our Contact page.
